VEA QUALITAS, S.L. is an engineering and technical consultancy SME whose commercial name is VEA GLOBAL. It counts with more than 20 experts, in several disciplines. Headquarters are located in Spain, in Zaragoza and it also has offices in Madrid and also has local offices in Mexico. VEA GLOBAL has been involved as partner in several European Projects for more than 11 years.

In this project VEA GLOBAL provides its experience in:

  • Energy Management and planning, with great experience working with government regional institutions and private companies.
  • Coordination of projects in which several partners are involved.
  • Development of trainings and workshops for various groups: commerce chambers, business schools, universities and other private entities.
  • Environmental management and planning, conducting studies of carbon footprint and GHG and implementing measures, monitoring and reporting systems in relation to good environmental practices.

AcrossLimits

AcrossLimits is a dynamic Maltese technology research and consulting SME with its roots firmly derived from the innovation and ICT sectors. In fact its core business is still centred around the areas of IT-based solutions for business and social purposes. Our mission statement is: “Innovation for solving tomorrow’s challenges”.


The company was established in June 2001 as a limited liability company. In the last years, AcrossLimits has diversified and now is made up of three main divisions, namely Technology, European Projects and Training.

GMI AERO SAS

GMI is a leading SME in the composite repair solutions sector since 30 years, having developed equipment and methodologies for composite manufacturing, maintenance and repair, mainly for the aircraft industry, offering to the manufacturers, airlines and MROs a complete range of control equipment and instrumentation, engineering solutions, training and field assistance services. GMI develops portable composite repair equipment for the NDT, surface preparation and curing of bonded composite repairs, included in several aircraft SRM. GMI has also adapted its knowhow on the requirements of wind energy industry, through participation in several R&D projects, while developing a complete series of equipment, methodologies and services adapted to the repair of wind turbine blades.

CIHEAM / MAICH

Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICh) is a constituent Institute of the International Centre of Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM). The Centre is an intergovernmental organisation whose purpose is the implementation of postgraduate studies in the fields of business economics & management, applied biological, technological and environmental sciences. CIHEAM-MAICh participates in EU and national funded programmes, as well as in the organisation of several training seminars & conferences. CIHEAM-MAICh focuses on the provision of education and implementation of high standard research at the local, national and international level, aiming at the diffusion of information and know-how using an updated infrastructure.

ArchEnerg Cluster

ArchEnerg International Renewable Energy and Building Trade Cluster was established in 2007.The Cluster has 80 members now: 74 SMEs – each experts in their field, three large enterprises and three academic institutions.

The complex services  the cluster offers are training and curriculum design, project generation, cluster marketing, searching for financial solutions, tender watch, partner search, demand assessment, needs assessment presentations and lectures. ArchEnerg also aims to increase public awareness about renewable energy and energy efficiency. The thematic areas of the cluster are: planning, implementing and permitting investments related to energy efficiency and renewable energies such as geothermal energy, thermal energy, solar collectors, solar heating, heat pump and biogas systems, biomass furnaces; construction products and services, electric works, insulation, doors and windows, energy efficient lighting systems; feasibility studies, return calculations, energy audit and recommendations on energy consumption improvement.

Our aim is to develop further by integrating the inquiries and requests from external partners and improving the relations between its members, with the aid of new business partnerships and joint projects for further internationalisation.

ACCENTUATE (NORTH EAST) LIMITED

Accentuate (North-East) Limited – European Projects and Co-operation , was founded in 2010 as an
intermediary agency for the promotion and management of European and other international
projects. It is a consultancy and intermediary organisation in the extreme north-east of England,
adjacent to the border with Scotland.

The company has been involved in a number of projects as promoter, co-ordinator or partner,
including Leonardo TOI, Grundtvig Partnerships, Grundtvig Multilateral, Leonardo Mobility, Erasmus
Plus KA1 & KA2.

Additionally, it offers consultancy to colleges, schools, and third sector organisations who wish to
enter European partnerships, develop projects or access European funding.
